Fox Carolina Will Go Live at the Southern Home and Garden Show
Fox Carolina will be featuring the Southern Home & Garden Show on their morning show this Friday, March 4. They will be shooting live from the show floor, interviewing exhibitors and getting a sneak peek at the beautiful and extravagant booths before the show opens to the public. Be sure to catch the show on the local Fox Carolina News from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.

The HBA of SC Will Host a Spec Financing Workshop
The Home Builders Association of South Carolina will host a Spec Financing Workshop at 4:00 p.m. before their 46th Bird Supper at 6:30 p.m., both taking place at Seawells.
Need financing to build a spec house? Curious if there are other options to your local lender that could meet your demands? Join Mike Maxwell with 1st Financial Bank USA and Dan Wallach with Shepherd's Finance as they help you determine if their debt financing is the right fit for you. The workshop is complimentary and will last an hour, but is limited to the first 20 members who reserve a space. Attendees will receive a free Bird Supper ticket.
