Billy McCauley, Past President

Billy McCauley, 1983 President of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, died Sunday evening after a long battle with ALS.  McCauley was founder and CEO of Creative Builders, Inc.  He is survived by his wife, Joanie, his son and President of Creative Builders, Will, and two daughters Amy and Joanna. 

As the Founder and CEO of Creative Builders, Inc., Billy created and built a company that has become a leader in the construction industry as well as a vital part of the community in Greenville, SC. He and Will worked closely together and have celebrated the company’s 40+ year success that began with Billy and one employee in the early 70’s.

There will be a memorial service Tuesday, August 28, 4 p.m., at Christ Church (10 North Church Street) and at the graveside in Greenville, South Carolina. Memorials can be made in honor of Billy McCauley to the GHS Neurological Institute, 300 East McBee Avenue, Suite 200, Greenville, SC 29601.
