Members Save Thousands with Member Rebate

All Home Builders Association of Greenville members are eligible for the Member Rebate Program, which gives money back when you buy from any of the vendors on this list, which you probably already do.

All Builder & Remodeler members can claim for any completed residential addresses from April 1 – September 30, 2016 that used any of the 50+ Manufacturer brands. Verizon Deals Run Out Soon

As September winds down, make sure to check out the Verizon promotions that run through the end of the month through National Purchasing Partners. All Home Builders Association of Greenville members are eligible for a National Purchasing Partners account, and the savings that result.

Receive a $100 bill credit when you activate any new 4G LTE smartphone on a 2-year plan of $34.99 or higher. This includes the new iPhone 7, which is now available through Verizon.

Houzz, More Available Through Member Advantage

A few weeks ago the Home Builders Association of Greenville hosted a Houzz University training session for our members. A Houzz professional flew to our office in Greenville to guide members through the process of setting up a Houzz page and explaining which features are important to increasing viewership of their business on the social media platform. Those who attended found the information very helpful, and were pleased to learn more about the resources available to them through their membership.

The National Association of Home Builders Members Advantage program has partnered with Houzz, General Motors, TransFirst, Marsh Health Insurance, Office Depot, Hertz, Lowe's, and many more national companies in order to secure discounted prices for members. Deadline Extended: Member Rebates

Quarter 1 Report: $5,376 Earned in Member Rebates

All of our Builder and Remodeler members have access to the Home Builders Association of South Carolina's Member Rebate Program---but not many are utilizing it.

The two Home Builders Association of Greenville members who cashed in their rebates thus far for the first quarter of 2016 cumulatively earned $5,376 back in rebates. 

The program is easy to apply for and can save you thousands of dollars annually for simply using the products and brands that you may already use.

How to Apply

1. Register: To start receiving your rebate, please register (tells us where to mail the check). If already registered, skip to the next step.
2. Calendar & Deadlines: View the calendar to determine what you can claim for and when the deadline is to submit. 
3. Claim: Every Quarter if you have a completed home, remodeling project, or multi-family unit that used any of our participating Manufacturers, complete and submit the current Rebate Claim Form. 4. Once your Rebate Claim has been submitted, please view our Claims Process link for detail on when you will receive your Remittance Statement and your Rebate Check.
5. Contact the Member Rebate Program with any specific questions you may have.

Save With National Purchasing Partners

As a member of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, you have access to a variety of different discount programs, including a National Purchasing Partners account. The National Purchasing Partners program offers different discounts and deals on hundreds of national brands that you likely use weekly. Some brands include: Sherwin-Williams, Verizon, Best Buy, Expedia, Office Depot, and more.

The newest deal to hit the program is with YRC Freight's Accelerated Service. Verizon Deals Through National Purchasing Partners

If you are a member of the Home Builders Association of Greenville then you are eligible to create an account with the National Purchasing Partners, which provides great deals and discounts on national companies.

Verizon has some good offers for National Purchasing Partners corporate subscribers through the end of the month. Deals include:
